WHAT I DO...
- Serve all Edison students on Thursdays
- Partner with the School-Wide PSW and other support staff to help facilitate social emotional supports on campus that are equitable, inclusive, anti-racist and trauma informed
- Provide short-term group and individual counseling for CCEIS identified Students, known as "CCEIS Promising Scholars."
- Support families of Promising Scholars with getting connected to mental health and supportive services in the community when needed
- Collaborate with teachers & staff to support and build student resilience and social skills as well as academic achievement
- Run a schoology group for students who would like some extra support with academics as well as peer relationship issue

ABOUT ME
Hola Eagles,
My name is Jared Roberts and I'm super excited to be a part of the Edison team this year! My role here is Systems of Support Adviser and my duties include helping make sure all staff and students are in a position where they feel comfortable and confident doing their best while at school. I will also be working individually and in small groups with a specific group of students called Promising Scholars. Please feel free to introduce yourself to me when you see me outside or in the hallways. Look forward to getting to know everyone this school year!
