Welcome!

Welcome to 8th Grade U.S. History! I am beyond excited to be passing along the stories of this country on to you - from people to places, from ideas to institutions. Everyone has their own spot in this American story, and we will discover together how your story fits into our greater narrative!

 

A little bit about me: I was born and raised right here in Los Angeles. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of San Diego, followed by my Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Loyola Marymount University. It seems that Southern California is etched into my identity very deeply!

 

Outside of the teaching world, I have a background in acting and can usually be found by the nearest piano. I am also rarely seen outside of school without Watson (my Jack Russel Terrier) by my side.
